The Dipsea is the oldest trail race in the US. The first race took place in 1905. This short documentary is about Jack Kirk, the oldest man to run Dipsea. (He won the whole enchilada twice in his younger years.) He’d run it 67 consecutive times. Jack passed away back in 2007 at the age of 100. This guy’s a hoot and definitely an inspiration to keep on keepin’ on. Check it out.
