Birds are on my mind lately. Maybe it’s because spring is coming ’round the bend and migrating birds will be back in the area soon. There is something about the arrival of birds every spring that amazes me. The distance they travel, the same route, year after year, is truly out of this world. So, with that in mind, I’m sharing some incredible watercolor paintings by artist Geninne D. Zlatkis of Queretaro, Mexico. Check out her Etsy store here and check out her super cool blog here. I wonder if the birds we have around here winter near Queretaro, Mexico, or at least pass through?
How cool are these?! I love the vintage vibe I get from her work, but at the same time her birds are fun and vibrant. I can’t wait to get my hands on one of them! The only question is, which one?
